Pál is an experienced business leader and strategist with a diverse background in industrial remote data collection, vehicle tracking, and asset monitoring markets. Over the years, he held key roles in prominent  companies, contributing significantly to their growth and success. His expertise spans business management, communications, sales, and marketing, complemented by a strong educational foundation in business management and economics.

Through his professional career Pál contributed to the success of G4S Security services as a member of the leadership team holding different management positions between 2004 and 2010. Moving forward he managed the international expansion of the Hungarian telematics giant WebEye as group CEO enabling the company to gain market leader position in CEE with 70k connected trucks and offices in 12 countries. After successfully closing the deal in 2022 with a Czech FinTech company to acquire 100% of WebEye shares he started to turn his personal Vision into reality and established Zelemo Holding Plc.

Pál is a true visionary who stives to provide the best possible service to customer being at least two steps ahead of competition. His primary mission in Zelemo is formulating and executing the long term strategy for the holding and operating companies. He also focuses on bringing the right competencies into the management teams and enhance the diversity of our core people by using the AGILE methodology.

Richárd is a senior project manager with robust experience from telco and engineering industries. Very strong in delivery, successfully managing complex, large projects, working in both Waterfall and Agile environments with business, network infrastructure and IT scope. He spent 10+ years in different procurement and category management positions as well, gaining further competencies that helped him develop his holistic approach of transformational leadership. Richárd has a well structured, relaxed communication style characterized by a balanced personality, with excellent negotiation skills, believing in the power of trust, honesty, and proactivity backed up with Master and Bachelor degrees in Engineering, Finance and Management focusing always on fulfillment of customer needs.

After being active in Product Development roles at Magyar Telekom Richárd joined Liberty Global as Director of Procurement and Facility Management. From 2016 he focused on Project Management acting as Senior Project Manager, later as Head of Project Management Support and Customer Excellence in Deutche Telekom and than at Yettel Hungary.

At Zelemo Holding Richárd is the pillar of delivering complex, cross – functional projects on time, within budget, and exceeding customers' expectations. His main responsibility is leading the industrial automation business unit as the managing director of 2i Irányítástechnika Ltd.

Gabor is an experienced Sales Leader with a BSc focused in Marketing and Commerce from Eszterhazy Karoly University. Through his 20+ years career Gabor earned both sales professional and leadership experience in different industries, including 8 years at FedEx Express. In his role at the courier giant he created the commercial strategy and coordinated the regional account management of different key accounts in Industrial and High-Tech sector in EMEA. In the past 5 years Gabor was active in transforming the Hungarian sales organization at WebEye Telematics Group as Sales Director, achieving record growth in new sales and securing the market leader position.

Gabor thrives in high-pressure and fast-paced situations, highly focused on results by applying strategy management and revenue generation abilities. He possess expertise in training and development and acumen for maximizing performance and inspiring colleagues. He is able to visualize success and identify unconventional yet highly effective approaches for achieving it.

Gábor’s mission in Zelemo is to formulate the service portfolio of the operating companies along with a customer – focused marketing approach and consultative customer support to ensure customer expectations are not only met but exceeded.
